The process of urban planning usually  involves a high level of community interaction and an interplay of group dynamics   and   consensus   building  among  diverse participants.    Working   on   several    large -  scale community planning projects over many years, PH/A has succeeded    in  being  good   listeners   and   decisive organizers.  Often  working in collaboration  with other planning firms and community agencies, these  projects have   helped  revitalize neighborhoods  and set  the direction for healthy growth.
