2007 The Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation's Marguerite Williams Award for preservation of Porterdale Mill. The Trust's most prestigious award is given to the project that has the greatest impact on preservation in Georgia for that year.

2007 The Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation's Excellence in Rehabilitation Award to Porterdale Mill. The adaptive reuse of an old mill in Porterdale, Georgia providing new life to the town's centerpiece.

2007 Kirkwood Tour of Homes features 213 Murray Hill. A modern remodel of a postwar cottage, that adds contemporary flair and respects the contextual scale of the surrounding neighborhood.

2006 Magnolia Award for Special Achievement in Affordable Housing fo GE Tower Lofts. The adaptive reuse of an old inner city factory building and construction of a new apartment building to provide mixed use and residential lofts.

2004 Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation Award for Excellence in Rehabilitation for The Flowers Building. The renovation and adaptive reuse of a historic 4-story building in downtown Columbus, GA to provide residential apartments and retail/commerical space.

2004 Atlanta Business Chronicle "Best of Atlanta" for the design of Crogman School Apartments. The project restored and converted a historic school building and added a new three story building to provide 165 units of affordable apartments in the Pittsburgh community of Atlanta.

2004 Atlanta Urban Design Commission Award of Excellence for the Crogman School Apartments.

AIA Committee on the Environment Selection for Presentation at the Greenprints Conference. Harmony Village, 47 single-family homes, a land conversion design that preserves 60 percent of 24 acres as greenspace with homes designed to meet Earth Craft Homes standards.
