Dogwood Forrest Assisted Living
Dogwood Forest is an Assisted Living Facility to belocated in downtown Acworth, Georgia. The facility will provide 96 units of residential senior care housing including 24 units dedicated to memory-impaired individuals. Of the 86,000 sq. ft. facility, approximately 50% of the space is set-aside as common amenity area for all residents use. The amenity areas include large living areas, a multi-purpose room including a movie theater, a library, beauty salons, a private chapel, exercise areas and “The Bistro” – a café and community lounge. The plan is organized around a large outdoor south-facing courtyard that will provide warmth, light and a community environment for the residents.
