Theological and Institutional Design
Pimsler Hoss Architects has worked on a variety of community based projects including recreation centers, daycare facilities, preschools and performing arts based centers. These projects demand an intimate knowledge of the public program, including budget and planned uses, and an understanding of the particular public goals to be achieved by the development of a new facility.

Atlanta Youth Soccer Association
The Atlanta Youth Soccer Association is a nonprofit organization providing youth soccer programs in metro Atlanta, purchased eight acres of land for the development of a soccer complex . In addition to full sized fields, smaller practice fields and a concession stand fronting a community square will be developed.

Braelin Baptist Church
The Fellowship Hall building is Phase I of Braelinn Baptist Church’s proposed 18-acre complex. The Phase I building is 28,000 s.f. and includes an auditorium for 650 with state-of-the-art theatrical performance features. The building also contains education facilities for children ages 1-12, administration areas and a commercial kitchen. During the first years of use, this building must serve all of the church’s needs until future phases are completed, including a recreation building, another education building and a worship center with seating for 2,250. Master Planning for the entire build-out has been completed and approved by the Peachtree City Planning Commission.

Carmine's House
Carmine’s House now provides a place to call home for a special needs group of individuals, in a small scale residential type facility with a range of living options from a duplex, to a quadraplex to a larger nine unit suite, which is affordable, accessible and provides supportive housing needs. The building and the site are fully accessible, allowing residents the opportunity to move about both the indoors and the outdoors freely.
LaGrange Childcare Center
Allen Hoss designed a pre-school and child care facility in the city of LaGrange, Georgia. The facility provides early learning and care for 64 children. The building was designed to be energy-effecient, and it incorporates natural daylight into the interiors. Thought was given to the entire facility in order to provide an uplifting and stimulating environment for the children.
Westminster Presbyterian Church
This project includes the addition of a new classroom wing and a separate 12,000 square foot Fellowship Hall / Recreation Center for Westminster Presbyterian Church in Snellville, Georgia. The Fellowship Hall is a mixed-use facility that allows for worship services, theatrical productions, entertainment and exercise.
