Howard Circle Residence – Atlanta

The architects worked with the property owners to subdivide an existing parcel of land into two buildable lots.

Once zoning approvals were in place, the design focused on a contemporary structure with extremely open floor plans and sleek lines emphasized by cantilevered elements throughout. The play of stone, stucco and dark wood materials provides a warmth to the exterior. The architects were engaged throughout the process with the homeowners, providing construction documentation, shop drawing review, and construction management services.
