Project Description

Howard Circle Residence

The architects worked with the property owners to subdivide an existing parcel of land into two buildable lots.

Once zoning approvals were in place, the design focused on a contemporary structure with extremely open floor plans and sleek lines emphasized by cantilevered elements throughout.  The play of stone, stucco and dark wood materials provides a warmth to the exterior.  The architects were engaged throughout the process with the homeowners, providing construction documentation, shop drawing review and construction management services.
