Blue Sombrero, a technology company who specializes in web design for youth sports, is set to be the first tenant to move into the Willoughby.  The shell of the Willoughby was designed by Pimsler Hoss Architects and is a new creative office building on the Beltline, which offers customizable floor plates.  PHA is currently helping to coordinate the interior efforts of this space, which are being designed by ASD|SKY.  Blue Sombrero is set to occupy the top two floors of the building and implement an open plan that focuses on connecting both floors to each other in an effort to encourage the team’s collaboration. The shell of the Willoughby is currently under construction and Blue Sombrero is set to move in this fall (see renderings below created by ASD|SKY).
