The Willoughby – Old Fourth Ward

Pimsler Hoss Architects provided full architectural services for the Willoughby, a ground up four story building located in the Historic Old 4^th Ward neighborhood and adjacent to Atlanta’s highly desired Beltline Park.  The Willoughby offers flexible office spaces on all four floors of the building which can be combined and customized as needed.   Amenities include a large roof top deck bar with an impressive view of the beltline.   PHA provided architectural design work for the base build out and assisted in the design for all of the tenant spaces currently located in the building.
