Pimsler Hoss Architects and Fetch are proud to announce Atlanta’s 1st dog-park-bar-restaurant in O4W!
On a 2.5 acre parcel of land in Dekalb County , PHA developed a proposal for 18-unit townhome community providing amenities in the urban environment context for the residents. Our goal for this project is to convey urban living and be an example for similar developments.

With the recent success of revitalization projects such as the Beltline and the Ponce City Market, we are pleased to be apart of several residential projects within the O4W area of Atlanta. One of which is this multilevel residential building adjacent to several parks with an emphasis on views.
