Pimsler Hoss Architects, working with the Atlanta Development Authority, developed a multi-family apartment complex for the Toby Sexton Tire property in southwest Atlanta.
Of the 201 units developed, approximately half are located in two existing warehouse structures on the site. The remaining units are provided in a 4-story building on the same site. This project has been funded through the Department of Community Affairs and is an approved historic tax credit project.
This project won the Magnolia Award (2006).
